This increases the perceived risk and perhaps the legal fees to put in place and then defend if necessary. 

As others pointed out, this may be a situation where you want to record the inspection to document her odd behavior in case you have to defend yourself in court.

This is not close but yes no army is necessary to defend it as it holds no physical anything, no land or resources to defend.
