I agree with Jonathan that most people focus on a cute website, logo, CRM, etc.Use an underwriting template that you fell comfortable with, start with opting into broker's list, call them, and get on property tours.

The blonde (there's a reason I mention that :-) young lady said,"oh it has been great, but I hate to inform you that you have ants in your cute little house"I was shocked, I had never had any bug problem, let alone ants......

The property is clean and cute so congrats there, but some, comfy, cozy, stylish spaces would go a long way!

The home is in a good location - 3 blocks from the up and coming revitalized "downtown square" with boutique shops, cute restaurants, coffee shops.

Cute.... lol My fault as we totally forgot to include a "break" fee in the Diamond Package.

You might also check Sanford which is riverfront, also a cute downtown with galleries and breweries and has an airport.
