As for your ques if to wait, well, it depends on the market, in some parts of the country prices are still going up, slower, but still going up, other parts the prices are coming down, you know that area, what is happening there?

Yes BofA is all over the country but if you go to your local branch it's pretty likely that loan officer and/or office wouldn't be licensed to operate in another state. 

Location wise this is in a fantastic intersection in one of the affluent suburbs in the country (Metro Atlanta), hence, assuming finding a new tenant is not that hard...but I could be wrong..

I just need to be pointed in the right direction because I get deals in my inbox from people I communicate with all over the country.
