I've also leveraged that capability to build some pretty cool dashboard on my end to occupancy, revenue, and cancellation rates across all platforms. 

The main house is original (this place was built in 1924, very cool) and we rent it for $1,650/month.

Cool, that's nifty. - The people that are monetized on actually closing deals are all saying this thing is highly implausible.

Together we owned 330 units in Chattanooga (before it was cool) and did extremely well there.
