We had planned to either get into a multi family or buy a condo live in it for a year then hop to another and STR that one.

I've also thought about writing a letter that starts something like, "First and foremost, let me offer my condolences to you.

Please accept our deepest condolences for your loss and huge respect for what you have done.  

So while the real timeline started only in June, for me it feels like a lot longer.Any answers, advice, condolences will be greatly appreciated!
