Where are you most concerned about your blind spots?

I just don't want to buy that close to the water due to flooding concerns.  

However, a lot of concerns can be mitigated with looking at their past rental behavior in a lot of different settings.

So we didn't have an option, we were a bit concerned that guests would want Cable TV, but we couldn't do anything about it.

While they mostly aren't lying, they leave out a lot of reality.Why would a government funded program like S8 pay MORE than market rents?

The most concerning is that they allowed unsupervised showings on a vacant unit- something we were not aware of until serious theft had occurred.
