Always good to know of other companies who provide products and services!

I am pissed at the company and in search for a decent management company at this point. 

Similarly, quality dividend-paying companies often retain some earnings to reinvest in their business, increasing the company's (and your) value over time.

Sounds like your 2 previous companies didn't know what they were doing.

My managment company has made more than a reasonable amount of attempts to get the HOA to have this repaired. 

The reverse mortgage company wants buyout and I dont have over 200k to pay out.

The companies you will find in the lender finder section of BP are probably mostly companies as opposed to a private person like you are referring to.
