Hi Basit,It's probably been a combination of outbid, or out contingencied, and a bit of financing at the levels we want. 

DR Horton and Lennar combined build more than 100,000 houses and they are buying 1 acre or more for that. 

Shop LTV (or cLTV which is combined Loan To Value, basically your first mortgage and 2nd mortgage combined loan to value), rates, payment terms, time to close,  and draw period (how long you can go into and out of your heloc). 

Findlay is a real oppotunity beause you’ve got a combination of stable job sources, a decent population size, and often lower acquisition costs compared to bigger metros.About choosing an agent..

Hey @Patrick Braswell  You shouldn't have any issues getting a DSCR loan as long as you have at least 1 borrower who owns 20 to 25% of the property, or if a couple of you can get to that level combined.
