I would add that you can go a long way just having some clean color schemes (two wall colors and one trim color will do almost any house) and a few tasteful accent pieces. 

I agree 100% that most investors spend too much time on the fun stuff, looking at 'deals', building models, picking paint colors and don't spend enough time in self reflection to understand what the are and aren't good at. 

I didn't hear this from Buyers, but I personally am tired of seeing it.The previous 3 years we strictly did the grey/white, but now thats out least built color scheme.

Just create columns for every week and the rows are the activity and color code them in logical order.

Hi @Lena Truong I've bought assets from AHP and Jorge Newberry is the principal and passes the integrity test with flying colors.

You can do this simply by changing your bedding colors and the colors of accent items like throw pillows and towels. 

You can get a color match for the paint there and maybe get away with painting only that small wall.It's hard to tell from the pics if there is a need for whole house painting.

Forming little groups in the background to down vote certain individuals comments based on skin color, or religion, or perceived political leanings seems like something we could all do without on this forum.

You can have a formula to pull the individual property tab income to this master tab.I have my ROTH IRA owned properties with a different colored tab and they are in a separate section on my master tab.

Static sign behind your house or lighted until 10pm might be ok, but you might not want one of the newer LED signs that changes ads and colors 24hrs a day.4.I think I would want a monthly lease, not perpetual.
