I didn't hear that podcast, but I love Coconuts Fish Tacos, Miso Phat Sushi, Nalu's and Sansei in Kihei, Nuka in Haiku, Hailiimaile General Store in Hailemaile, and Mama's Fish House in Kuau (Paia). 

Maybe a few coconut palms to the left of the front door.I'd include a basic washer and dryer.

The front entrance is adorned with Caribbean fruits such as mangos, green plantains, naseberries, oranges, limes, ackees, and coconuts.

I feel like I finally found my place in life, and that place is under a coconut tree.  

That is why there are so many people that have responded to this thread.Since we all have national contacts with investors and we all communicate with each other, watch out for each other, and assist each other in transactions, reputations about people travel, as they say, "like the coconut telegraph."

There are a lot of investors who are even using oversized dry lots for Airbnb but they are adding some or all of the following key amenities to create the "Vacation Experience"- Pool with jacuzzi - mini-split in the garage with epoxy floor to accommodate a pool table or ping pong table- Privacy fence- Bring in a few loads of white beach sand with two coconut palm trees and a hammock - Add a Tiki hut in the backyard- Quality furniture package - Have a professional photoshoot done- Hire a professional Airbnb management team.
