Thanks for the comments on our build quality.  We love creating homes that stand out in the market for our investors.  Also, a great question regarding Cape Coral.  We really see Cape Coral as the most exciting market in Florida in terms of value for money.  

For starters the Cape is a is Master-planned, Pre-plotted with 400 miles of navigable canals, 50% of which are Gulf access and the freshwater canals feed into a network of lakes.
