Right on the foreclose sale date, the partner filed chapter 13 and stall more time. we came to find out that he has been living in the house the entire time as well.

You can file a Chapter 13 which will protect your home and its a clean way out.When you file a CH.13 BK its not the end of the world it simply protects your home since its your homestead from foreclosure.

No licensed broker may pay a fee or a commission or any part thereof for performing any act specified in this chapter or as compensation for a referral or as a finder’s fee to any person who is not licensed...The statute in this great state even cites relevant case history.
