The sweet spot for us is sub 400k and we are looking mostly in NH, central MA and possibly RI for deals.  

Being the highest quality locaitons in all of MS or at least central MS you get the very best tenants.. then my office staff handled the monthly collections.. so hybrid.

Is there an ombudsman or some central HOA agency that can help non-Board owners?
