When I first began in this business I used Tenant Pro because it had cute little colorful cartoons as Icons.

Although the cartoon on the home page is cute, it does not tell me what the software can do.

More often than not when I come across an Evolve property the photos are sub-par (too much HDR- looks like a cartoon/ impossible to judge depth), and the revenue management leaves tons of cash on the table compared to revenue optimized comps in that same market (they either set the price too low sacrificing revenue, or too high sacrificing occupancy)With these two variables out of sync it often equates to tens of thousands of dollars left on the table.

I use to buy software programs that had colorful cartoons as Icons. 

Sometimes cartoon characters have the best maxims.

Sometimes he is lying in his bed in a robe eating cereal and watching cartoons.  

I'm not handy myself but I'm curious/concerned if that would be like the old cartoon, where you plug one hole with your thumb, and another opens up, you plug that with a toe, and another opens up...in other words, there's so much pressure because the water can't go anywhere, it just spreads to other areas and creates more holes, or the pressure builds up and "explodes" somewhere.

From what I can see expectation of what RE investing is is WAY off.BTW, we need more cartoons, pics and memes on this site, totally made reading this long [Removed] string worth it.
