Hello Bigger pocket I Have 3 bedroom and 1 bath SF with Attached garage, I feel that there is not need for that garage because it barley fit a compact small car. at the same time  building a  car pool on the top of the drive way will fit the propose of parking  ( pretty common in my market)currently I live in the house but this house eventually will be for rent. so I decided to turn it into extra room and add extra bathroom. the question: what is the best use for this garage  Plus Bathroom? 

Anyone coming from SF and wanting to carpool?

Even with the benches inside (sometimes gotta do the carpool) I can lay them down and slide in room doors.

Do you think that it’s reasonable or necessary to budget for carpooling services such as Uber as a solution to this mobility issue?

I'm in Central City; just wondering about carpool potential. 

My husband and I started car pooling to work a few months ago and have a car that literally sits in our driveway all day.
