Their tasting room is truly breathtaking.

They were cash flow positive and appreciation was breathtaking and no end seemed in sight.I wanted to keep the momentum going, by getting a few more and what better place then here in New Mexico I decided on a wimp, enchanted by my drive through New Mexico on the way home to California.

For those who are spectacle on Las Vegas this is proof we're heading in the right direction.

For those who don't know, this beach is breathtaking and has plenty of tourists per year. - No HOA on the property- We bought it for zero dollars down using my VA loan, mortgage will be ~$850- Flip house, therefore it came equipped with stainless apps, granite counters in the kitchen and bathrooms, brand new hardwood tile throughout the house, double-deck patio in the backyard with fire pit.

I've seen a couple property's that may have some potential so far, nothing really breath taking.

So, at a very quick glance and without knowing your market, it doesn't appear to be a breathtaking deal at 450k / 5-cap...but in your specific situation, it might be perfect!

Absolutely breathtaking state of the art home sited on the most magnificent lakefront lot with incredible terraced walkway to private dock with 2 boat lifts and beach!
