Hi I'm gege new to the site starting the Wholesale investment and need help finding seller, where should I brand myself is there an email pitch or a call pitch I can send to seller, like people in foreclosure, or bankruptcy, or late payment and where will I get the ARV, Repair Value, Offer The price that you need to get it under contract for and  where do I get the contract form and if I get a seller and a buyer how do I get a legal person to handle all the paper work for closing.

Hi Lynette,It’s great to have 20+ years of experience in residential construction, drafting, and design those skills will serve you well in flipping homes or building rentals.

Maybe find a good designer that can provide services to install and setup the spaces.A lot of these ideas are going to depend on where you are buying.

I am also the founder and owner of Accredited Life, a lifestyle community, brand, and experience for accredited investors, soon-to-be accredited investors and their families.

We have designated one for my daughter and one for my son.

Each does really well in it's category, but I also made a point to set them up with a good design, the right amenities, etc. 

I will also be doing all the cosmetic things you can think of: paint, flooring, bathroom reno, kitchen reno, so I am open to carpenter or design suggestions.  

I personally think you can successfully market both your property management (PM) and buy/sell real estate services under one brand if you position them correctly.
