Just reiterating why putting money on the LOC is the equivalent of 'dragging the brakes' with the so-called 'velocity' method vs just maintaining a $0 balance LOC while putting the same amount of extra income towards the mortgage each month.

It is a weird item to get around licensing.Think of it this wayI have to be licensed to fix brakes on someone's car, however I can fix my own brakes legally.I don't get licensed but I want to fix your brakes for a fee/costYou sell me your car for 2 hours and I fix the brakes then I sell it back to you for the cost of the car plus my "fee for getting the brakes done"...
