There wasn't much standing room without falling over those fold up chairs.Also a the theater, there was no food or beverage offered. 

The areas most hit are hospitality/travel and retail/food/beverage.

If the house need things like paint and yard improvements, I would use pizza and beverages of my friends choice to fund those simple upgrades.

How's the F&B (food & beverage) component ran?  

Great opportunity for networking with a cold beer or other adult beverage, real laid back.

You are free to order food or beverages in the meeting since they are held at function rooms of restaurants/bars. 

Writing a check to a grocery store for food and beverages will sure look like the company is paying your grocery bill!

I have had  them take stuff, but to me the worse was when they spray painted the kitchen cabinets and smashed random sides of the cabinet, cracked the glass on the stove, spray painted the inside of the frig and oven, cracked the blocks of the patio and left the spilt alcoholic beverages and ladies underwear all over the hardwood floors.
