I try to batch as much of the related tasks as possible and start my timer immediately before I do anything. 

The best recent move I made was to set up all new borrowers on ACH; I initiate the ACH batch to collect monthly payments. 

Not saying you are doing that, but you seems to be processing them in batches.

Hey Josh,I tried Propstream for a little while and then ultimately ended up choosing Batch.

@Mohammad Al-Abbasi Batch does have an upgrade you can pay for 59$ per month to pull list data.

What is the deal with all the different Batch platforms?

Then again, every time I mix up a batch of Fix-It-All I end up wasting a bunch of it, too. 

However, I have used both propstream and batch leads, and both are good sources of data.

We then import the batch leads lists into MojoDialer and use the TripleLine Dialer to call them.For commercial property I would strongly recommend using Reonomy as that seems to be industry standard.
