I can imagine it is pretty saturated.. but I would make sure you have top notch photos and design.

Their out of the box industry software is designed for stocks and bonds, not real estate. 

I will also be doing all the cosmetic things you can think of: paint, flooring, bathroom reno, kitchen reno, so I am open to carpenter or design suggestions.
