Attend local meetups, analyze at least five deals per week, and connect with investor-friendly agents to position yourself for success.

If you attend the Webinars, they usually give discount codes, just FYI though the discount code is only for when you do the ANNUAL Membership, not for the monthly billing one :]

I tend to think this is driven by the low ROI for the cost of attending college, and isn't necessarily a bad thing. 

The other issue is they happen once a month and I'm not always able to attend.

Chris, when you say 95% of brokers are eliminated for not being able to provide successful transaction references, are you referring to actual mortgage brokers, or are you referring to the people that attend a “cash flow” seminar and believe  the easy money hype? 

@Brett Henricks - I attended a large DST provider's conference last week, and asked around about Crew to other Investment Advisors...nothing remotely positive was said.
