Building is 1968- will have to find out about lead paintPitched Asphalt Shingle Roof with aluminum gutters, Ill have to double check but think its 5 to 7 years old.Separate meter for electric but owner pays for heat (Oil-- not sure conversion gas is worth it but option is there)Good question about wiring, i would've never thought of that..I would assume I want it to breakers..

If you find a good broker and let him know you are ready to do business once you find a deal that meets your criteria, he or she will beat the pavement and make it happen.Good luck!

I decided that I want to use this method as it doesn't take me away from my family to "pound pavement" (which in my neck of the woods could get you shot) and is not going to cost me money like direct mail marketing does.
