Utility bill is low.I used to live in much smaller space, but in flat area (more low altitude), kid turn on AC 24 hours.

Take it from me, don't practice S-Turns at checkride altitude over a crowded city.

Lastly no plane that holds 75 people fly' at 20k feet  that only happens on the cruise to altitude and the decent to landing. 

Funding to transact via, you guessed it, CBDC, thus solving the Fed's problem of adoption, and while allowing rates to remain in the altitude they sit to squeeze the economy at-large into the mirage of a 2% inflation rate submission.

This is due to the difficulty making a profit with the heavy overhead, including high management fees (ave 27%,) high repairs & capex from harsh winters & sun at the high altitude and wear & tear, snow plowing, expensive insurance and some of the highest utility costs in the country. 

I can't say that me myself, have reached "cruising altitude" and am on the beaches of Bali. but I can say that things have become easier over the years and when you have done over 100 transactions, the next one becomes satisfying but less and less of a big deal.

The people that are willing to step on others and trample on people to become filthy reach will definitely achieve their goals, but what happens when you change altitude too fast?
