I am a Gen Xer and when I was younger we were called the slacker generation (watch the movie Reality Bites to see how we were once portrayed).

She is a Gen Z’er who has a professional job working in a hospital and is very nice, professional, and keeps her apartment meticulously clean and well maintained.

If you never get it negotiated, the agen should give you the DD check back. 

Higher future premiums are paid with future dollars, not for the ten years prior when you were paying for more than you really needed....but the commission check to the agen t is more...LOL!

Guess what it's with a realtor and he approach the agen and another Realtor lives next door.
