The central dashboard is a nice feature along with the revenue management and automated messaging (when it works) the integration with platforms like pricelabs and beyond pricing isn’t there yet, as well as task delegation for staff such as area managers and cleaners.

Use Pricelabs Market Dashboard tool and you can easily filter out homes with a minimum stay of 30 days or more.

I have a property manager that handles payments/tenant screening so I don't need anything too fancy yet, but I liked the dashboard visuals to see where things were at, and to be able to have all of my transactions and my PMs in one place for tax time.

I go to re-sign up for pro and all membership level just bring me back to the dashboard area.

If you go to the FF dashboards and look into the data, it will tell you where the requests and bookings are coming from.

PriceLabs dashboards and AirDNA are only good for getting a macro perspective, for example, seasonal variances in your locality.
