@Eric Thomson @Sandra Gibson He has told me that he is looking for a ranch in Katy or maybe some other areas, he prefers Katy, then if he couldn't find it he would go to other areas.The one that I sent him was a land and he said he doesn't like it because he is not planning to build anything.
