. :-) Even if you win the war, loosing the battle can easily wipe out all your profits and more.Think about that recent CA AirBnB case where the lady was in the guest house for almost 2 years with no rent?  

The good thing is the duplex is worth almost double what we built it for and we have had good tenants on both sides ($185,000 rental income so far) except for the bed bug lady so everything has worked out ok. 

He met a lady from Mexico that could not even speak English.

Their members do the same thing this lady is doing, look for scammers. 

The fire hydrants don't work, the "water lady" who gets paid $750,000 a year to turn the tap on didn't do that, and on and on and on.

I will treat a witness as a trespasser.I want to really emphasize that this lady is a major headache and may have mental issues.It is possible she has been fired from her job as well.
