Most hearings are very informal and you can represent yourself, while larger cases are specialized and you would hire an MAI and attorney.

You're right, it's harder to make the numbers work with these rates but appreciation in MA is wild. a few properties can go much further here than 20 that you picked up for 100k in the south.

BP is a huge community and Gardner, MA is not a shiny, glitzy investor market.
