I've hired social media experts (a little different) that work under a similar structure and it's been working great.Not to mention team off-sites if you guys are located in the same area also help a ton.

I bet they would jump on it to save the money- or simply help them with social media marketing etc.

You don't have to spend money  out of the pocket on searching Redfin, making some phone calls, making offers and posting ads on Craiglist or whatever local media you want to use to sell the property.

Building a social media presence.

I had spent $3k on a mentor a couple years back and it was also a waste of money. there are some good resources and mentors out there, but some people just use social media to promote their "expertise" when in reality they just provide a bad experience, just like pace morby Truth.

They are now advertising a package for $2997 which includes the lead generation CRM, they build out your website and 4 social media business pages and give you all the training modules (among other things).
