Hi @Mariangela Ciciarelli I am a member of the STR Secrets mastermind and there are a lot of people in the mastermind with properties in the Orlando area.

And even then, its not really needed to join.I wish i could get my money back.Also, they have all these "mastermind" events and teams that are for the top 10% and if you really want to take your investing to the next level, you gotta pay 15K or 20K and all this money.  

Hi @Scott Deetlefs, I’m in a high-level STR mastermind with lots of operators in NC who’re successful.

But the most valuable are paid masterminds!

I took a BP bootcamp and am part of a Mastermind with Henry Washington; What I've been doing is downloading lists (I create them based on my criteria) from DealMachine or Propstream.

Brandon Turner has a mastermind group called The Better Life Tribe.

At this time, I was part of a Mastermind group where I was the little fish in the pond (and at the time I owned 200 units between commercial, multifamily, single family and some mobile home parks).
