Do your research on people off of the site - on LinkedIn, Instagram.

There is passive pockets, there is Aleksey C. on linkedin and others who talk  more about syndications as well. 

I've posted on Craigslist, Facebook groups, HouseCashin, LinkedIn, 'buy my house for cash' websites, etc...Would love some feedback!

Because right here on Linked in is a person by different name, different business than you speak of commonly on BP, EXACT SAME FACE.......

Ill just do that and stop trying to do what the guys on LinkedIn are doing.

To find the right real estate investor group, search for meetup platforms, REIA (Real Estate Investor Association) groups, local brokerages, and LinkedIn events.

Local real estate Facebook or LinkedIn groups are also worth joining to stay updated on events in the area.For out-of-state networking, this is a pretty good platform for connecting, but you have to be intentional about it.

@Kim Lisa Taylor, I'm going to reach out to you on LinkedIn for some clarification. 

It started with a completely redesigned website, and included monthly tasks such as articles (most of which I wrote and the SEO expert modified - edited, placement of articles and comments etc in LinkedIn, Facebook, etc., keyword optimization, and about 20 other things I have little or no familiarity with.  

Would Linkedin be idea to find mentor, I do feel it weird to go in to someone direct message to ask, but is that what people do?
