In my mind, at least, this eliminates this “send $650k to the title company with instructions to send it back to you”.  

I’m familiar with a few companies that do these types of mailings for investors.

They are a horrible company with unethical billing practices.

Simply report your accurate rents and expenses which you should be tracking as well and not simply relying on your property management company and their reporting.

But I think the biggest companies and the smallest companies run different shifts than a solid “get the job done middle of the road sized contractor”.

There are companies out there who will review a file for you (for a fee) and be able to tell you what was changed on the document? 

I'm unsure as to what PM Companies may charge but have you looked into the cost? 

If this path doesn't work then keep searching for a quality pm company that you can trust AND that will work with you.
