@Ben Callahan, you could find a partner who is looking to buy a similar property, be a co-signer to your partner, and have that person live in it and be a primary resident. 

It's land where I built condos and obtained a C/O March 2022.

@Devin James absolutely agree with you, I know is CO Springs are building as fast as they can.

We just gave our tenants notice that we are planning to move into the rental they are leasing from us.  The lease expires March 31.  This gives only 56 days of notice, we just realized the bill requires 90 days notice...

I am looking at a home in the Barnum neighborhood in Denver and am wondering if any investors in Colorado have insights on the area?

I have seen a lot of these type of places for sale in TX and wish i could just pick one up and drop it in CO to do the same thing.

I am guessing only you would be signing the 18 month lease and this individual who is there to "help" won't be voluntarily offering their signature as a co-signer?
