I previously held the Guinness World Record for fastest half marathon pushing a baby in a stroller (Heroes Half Marathon in Everett, 2013 in 1 hour, 13 minutes) as well as fastest half marathon pushing two babies in a stroller (Snohomish River Run Half Marathon, 2017).

If you are looking at buying small businesses I would target the ones that baby boomers own, many of them are retiring and looking to sell their business as a retirement plan.

After all, NO ONE will watch my 'babies' like I will!

I am confident that “Drill Baby Drill” (aka reducing the price of oil, aka reducing everything that is transported) will directly impact the cost of goods thus increasing tenants and buyers purchasing power.

I still plan on investing and did make the decision to purchase other education with a different guy (this time I did my research... hard) but this debt sure is setting me and my girl friend back.
