They are all long term rentals and looking to make a true system for property management.

I know some ppl do not believe in paying off homes but personally I dont think you can truly realize your true cash flow and REI until you do. 

Is that true?

While it is true that traditional rentals don't do that strongly here, there are plenty of ways to make solid cash flow (upwards of $1,000 a month) here in Denver.

Currently we are thinking about treating each investment as an individual contract between partners but are trying to identify ways that we can bring the properties together in a true partnership.

Is that true?

I’m looking to try a new market, the numbers in this area seem too good to be true.

So to my questions: what is the best way to transfer ownership of my building (I ask because a lawyer that I spoke to said that I must sell it to the LLC for what is considered a reasonable amount, is this true or partially, or is there abetter way to do this?

Seems like right now in my areas right now: Westchester County NY, New Haven County CT are just true shark territory and IM not a shark.....
