Investing in rental properties in Scranton/Wilkes barre

Hey my name is Pablo I’m an investor from Brooklyn, looking to see if anyone can give me any feedback on investing in the Scranton/Wilkes barre area (Lackawanna/Luzerne counties) I own properties in various areas such as Indianapolis, Pittsburgh and parts of Florida. I’m looking to try a new market, the numbers in this area seem too good to be true. I also herd Scranton has some political tax issues that burn your profit. If anyone has any experience, or feedback that can give I would greatly appreciate it.
