@Michael Dorey Hey Michael, I am also in S.C. about an hour north of columbia, I travel a good amount between N.C. and S.C.

Last one was an old trailer on a .25 acre lot zoned r3, multifamily. 

My husband and I travel full-time, mostly by RV, with our 2 children.
