Good evening BP crowd,

I'm traveling to the Dallas/Fort Worth area next week to meet with my realtor because I'm interested in long-term rentals in the area. If anyone has some free time on Friday (July 5th), please feel free to reach out. I'm new to the area and looking to build a team/network. I'm open to partnerships if anyone is interested in chatting. Also, I plan on meeting with a few property managers while I'm there. Any recommendations are welcome.
