The North side of Atlanta is so far from the airport, and the traffic is atrocious. 

Also, traffic is a beast in the Austin metro.

I've noticed that there are quite a few former AFH properties in the Burien suburb (about 15 minutes S of downtown seattle if no traffic) - There seems to be 2 or 3 such houses that come onto the market every year.   

I do raise the issue with EVERY tenant at the time of signing the Rental Agreement, advising them of the types of issues that are generally covered, such as fire or flood damage from other units in the building or next door in congested housing areas; theft of their personal property from the unit and from their vehicle; losses due to extended power outages or failure of a refrigerator/freezer; and covering the rent for certain incidents.

Having the apartments every day have traffic of family's that need a house because of their size and current tenants that are wanting a house.

It sounds like he doesn't want to live with three houses behind him (and three houses worth of traffic buzzing past the window where his side yard used to be!).

I'm sure it would be even more amusing than traffic court ;)

If traffic wasn't too bad I would go to that REIA but I usually stick to the one in Arlington or Irving.
