I am considering buying hotels and renovating to rooms (with mini-frige and microwaves) that I rent as hotel rooms on a monthly basis to low income women.My thought is to provide this type of housing but avoid the nightmare of dealing with evictions and putting up with bad tenant behaviour until I can evict.

Yes, you would have to put the tenants up in a hotel for the duration of the work (likely 2-3 days if they don't have another place to stay). 

Just to let you know, There is a 10 story apartment/hotel /commercial building finishing up on 13th st and University.  

Particularly before the advent of the long-term stay hotels, it was much cheaper for the companies.

Check to see if there are extended stay type hotels in your city.

You might want to offer to buy him a hotel room and pay 1 month's rent on a storage unit.I realize he hasn't paid rent but he could be argued in court that he already paid and you were lied to a closing.Read your state and local (if any) laws.
