While true, you need to submit a list of properties within 45 days of closing and cant change them AND close on some or all of them within 180 days AND use all the cash proceeds.3.

If someone submitted an application, you should let them know whether they are approved or denied.You do not need to respond to every lead, but it's a good practice to have at least an automated response that acknowledges receipt of their information and outlines what your/their next steps are, including that you will not contact leads that do not meet your qualification criteria (which I would recommend you outline).
