Hello all,I understand, owning a personal property and living in it for more than 2 years you can be exempt from capital gains.

So here goes:I understand that as real estate investors, we know that it's about buying in the right market, with the right strategy and with the right financing.

My concerns with delayed financing are the double closing costs.I don't understand the mechanics of the different loans and what the tax benefits are of the different options.Thanks to everyone who has replied to my previous questions.
