If you have good credit 720 and above your rate should be around or under 7.75% with only 15% down.I have seen rates that high but last time I checked it was on a DSCR with low fico scores. 

We want to check into them as a replacement but don't see why they won't run into the same issue.

Because of the uniqueness of the model, it's hard to double check their estimated rent prices, so we're curious if it's worked out for others.

Yearly inspections, great I do them 2-3 times a year it’s my property would like to see them and check on them.
