Hopefully you have trusted professional in place to work with you if you self-manage.If you are not experiencing issues with your PM and the money is coming in, maybe it is because you have a good PM.Why disturb something that is working?

You should try to work with reasonable people so that you can sleep at night and have a more enjoyable commute not yelling at the steering wheel.

I have a 2br/1ba (600 SQFT) unit in Albany Park, it has a pull out couch and sleeps 6. 

Look for any moist on the soil as well as disturbed soil which will show that either equipment or tools were placed in that area. 

And then before you go to sleep you can read a real estate book or look at realtor.com and see what is for sale to familiarize yourself with the market.

If you have 100k addresses, do not sleep on just recycling your current data.

Thought it would lay out better as a large closet that needed to be walked through instead of where someone is sleeping or would like some privacy. 

It really comes down to personal preference, your day to day activites, and what will allow you to sleep at night.
