My LLC is already created and I am filing for the EIN and was held up on this 1 or 2 member step for these reasoning.

Many older owners bought new when starting retirement or before and have aged along with the complex.

Probably smart to take a break a couple of years of this market, I think you are coming back at exactly the right time - on the cusp of the next boom market

The sqft seems to be the same - it just went from a 2/2 to a 3/1.
