You can have the building inspector come out for potential enviromental non compliance and shut the AirBnB down.

First - i broke a window in one of my units trying to open it after it had been painted shut (tried cutting the paint first).

We were working through this in May.During and after that, the resident basically stopped paying her end of the rent, but because of covid the courts were shut down, so we couldn't do much.

For all you know he was a successful baker who lost his business when the government shut him down, and his vindictive wife ruined his credit via joint accounts. 

If they want to trust that we know what we are talking about, we can educate them in depth about problems and solutions for a whole lot less money.Frankly, I just shut down when people ask me to lead them through all of that because I know they are never going to pay me, or anyone else 50K so they can read what has already been read and analyzed by many, many experts in regulatory law.

All my fault and a great lesson to keep my mouth shut til my official contract is signed, not just an email acceptance of terms.
