I sent out an offer to him and got no word back.My question is, what do I talk about?

Most Renters like the fact that recent testing has been done and sent to a EPA certified lab.

Specific search terms would be great.Also, those emails that go out saying we miss you are being sent after so many days of not being logged in, so make sure you're logged into the app when you're browsing.

All of mine are 3 BR, 2Bath ranging in price from $90k-$120k.I have typically tried to stay away from anything below the $100k as I'm concerned about the quality of tenants.David, sent you a request as like to hear more about what/where you are getting your properties.

Also, I had asked my agent to take additional photos while I still had a chance to back out; she only sent me photos of the outside - I figured there was nothing 'undisclosed' in the interior.  

@Sean Haardt Most companies that do the credit checks have you fill out the information and then potential tenant gets sent an email to fill out.  

I asked escrow co. to recommend one and they sent me the info of the guy they work with on 1031's all the time, he apparently does all the 1031's for a major realtor office.
