You'll also need to specify the interest rate being used and I find it helpful to include a payment schedule so there is no confusion as to how interest is being applied/calculated or when payments are due.

They are scheduled for an hour but most of the time they go about a half hour over time, which is great, cause that means more info is flowing.

Or should I make a judgement call on scheduling an inspection after my own inspection?
