BUT you state that upon acceptance of your offer, seller will need to disclose the second best offer.I have used this tactic before and amazing how some scenarios magically change.If you really want, start at a lower price than your previous offer with an escalation to your best offer in increments of $500.The agent may try to push back on this but tell them they are legally supposed to present the offer to the seller and you will make sure the seller knows of your offer.If they are playing games, it will backfire on them, if not, you are still in the running.Good luck!

I have 100% occupancy in a 15 unit, 21 unit, and 12 Unit in Painesville and have been pushing the rents up each spring summer.  

Especially in markets like Denver and Dallas which are experiencing huge amounts of population growth.We are probably due for a recession anyways, but the political atmosphere could push us into one quicker, and maybe a little harder than in a normalized environment.

Some PM's are very good at what they do, but many of them need to be questioned, pushed, and potentially even managed.

It may be just within the realm of acceptable language, but why push the limits when as you state in great detail, there are likely other ways out?

We also own a little cabin up in Three Forks, that seems to be appreciating quite nicely as well (although this isn't why I bought it) as Bozeman and the surrounding areas like Manhattan just keep building and pushing out.I'd probably look to invest in Butte if I moved out to MT but I need to do more research.
